What it is:

of firm fibres lays down foundation and builds coverage. The softly
rounded, narrow tip perfectly enables detail work. Each fibre is tapered
by hand to measure between .05 to .07 mm, enabling every fibre to come
into contact with your skin during application. The effect? It
repeatedly smoothes foundation and concealer just like water smoothing a
stone.
